 gx instructor super late.

yes the new group exercise instructor was an hour late...how is that for a new release...was so excited to see the new combat release but he was so late...but he said sorry so tao lang po..ok..it was a nice work out anyways..forgiven..

exercises for today

1 hour body combat

1 hour retro dance

35 minutes treadmill

triceps exercises( needs badly for my flabby arms..yay.) 

  my diet for today, Friday, 30 April
  Breakfast banana, rice, egg, meatloaf
  Lunch rice, pork chop, pancit. soda, polvoron
  Snack cake sampler at greenwich
  Dinner chocolate drink, skyflakes
  Glasses of water
