 Tired and Hot

 1h 15mins on the treadmill

 1 hour body jam

 1 hour body balance..

achy body and hips....needs new rubber shoes....any suggestions.

  my diet for today, Saturday, 15 May
  Breakfast slice of wheat bread with tuna and egg salad
  Lunch honey chicken teriyaki, rice, veggies, red iced tea
  Snack banana, boiled cabbage
  Dinner yogurt with honey and apple
  Glasses of water

Based on your activity, I think you require running shoes, no? Diehard runner friends swear by Asics or New Balance. =)
