 because of yesterday's indulgence, eat like a pauper today.

 

  my diet for today, Monday, 16 August
  Breakfast cereal and banana with low fat milk
  Lunch sauteed cabbage and bean sprouts and banana
  Snack chips and fit n right
  Dinner same as lunch with cappucino
  Glasses of water
