 Been out again...(February 7,2010)

 Yeah needs some more prayers for my brother. He's in the hospital again. Those who didn't read my past blog he's a cancer patient. Pain is killing him. Into demerol already, its addicting. 

Hospital is making me depress and been eating like hell. Hope I can regulate my eating. Feeling so full but so want to eat. And doesn't help that hospitals today have their own mini foodcourt inside their premise.

 
  my diet for today, Monday, 8 February
  Breakfast rice, egg,fish
  Snack banana, shawarma,hopia
  Dinner rice, chicken caldereta, pineapple, donut
  Glasses of water

thanks. he's a little better. pain is still there. he's into morphine now and still in hospital. we all need those prayers. Thanks.
