is it reliable? the bp taker with batteries( what is it called?).

Got very dizzy  yesterday and vomitted the food I ate. When I went home and try to sleep for a while. I was hoping the dizziness will go away. When it didn't I got the battery operated bp taker and took my bp. It read 106/68, I though I was highblood but it was the other way around. The batteries were new. So that was why I am not okay...Until this whole day I am not still doing good. I got my bp again. 100/71. this is not good. Just a fews hours ago I tried again. 107/79. Am i anemic or something. Sorry if i will have some food intakes that are not healthy...I was hoping taking some sugar will lessen my dizziness.

my diet for today, Wednesday, 21 April
  Breakfast iced tea
  Lunch rice, steak
  Snack cake, coke
  Dinner sinigang
  Glasses of water

I take those battery-operated sphygmomanometers with a grain of salt as well, unless you really know how to operate them.

Do be careful. I've also been in a similar situation this week. I was hypoglycemic and dehydrated, so I took a serving of Gatorade. I felt much better after that. It could be the heat as well that's affecting us like this, so take plenty of water.
