after almost a month of not going to the gym I have to be very careful with the work outs I will do. I went to a combat group exercise and dance exericise. with 45 minutes in the treadmill with no running. I don't think I can run at this time. I took it very light first, in the next few trips to the gym I must slowly get to the way I used to be. I certainly put some pounds with the absence of workouts.

Don't worry about it. You already had the discipline and dedication before. You can get back to your old rhythm in no time. =)
