 Liquid, liquid, and more liquid

With heat so exhausting these past months I don't have anything else to do to fight it but to take in as much liquid as I can...

I am a self confessed non-water drinker. I love to taste something in my liquid intakes. But even with a taste I don't like to drink much. I don't thirst a lot. 

These days I can drink almost 3 liters a day but not confine to water. I hope it is still ok if I drink some chocolate drink(nesquick,plugging) with lots of ice. nom,nom,nom. i don't drink soda a lot ,this one I know is good for me. 

If there is something good this weather taught me...TO DRINK LOTS OF LIQUID!

Love,love my drinks. Ice cold water, chocolate filled with ice.

  my diet for today, Monday, 3 May
  Breakfast rice, eggplant, egg
  Lunch rice,munggo,grilled porkchop, iced tea
  Snack chocolates, beef jerky
  Dinner oat crackers, egg salad, chocolate drink
  Glasses of water

Chocolate milk is actually a great post-workout recovery drink. =D
