 5 Days of No Sweet Challenge!!!

 After a long time I'm back and what a way to start again! 

Read the challenge and yeah I want to do it. No sweet for 5 days. I'm a chocoholic. Will I ever take it to the finish line? Luckily, I survived. Last day today! And I say I'm fine. 

Not bad at all. One thing, I discovered a decaf coffee with milk and no sugar at all tastes just fine. 

Anyone discovered anything from this challenge? 

So what's the next one?

Glad you joined us too. I learned that I go bonkers without sugar! =P Okay, I REALLY learned that I probably eat way too much refined carbs and sugar for my own good, and I hope to look for better alternatives, even when this challenge is over.

Next one is the 7x7 challenge: At least 7,000 steps each day for 7 days! =)
