HI! I'm a mother of 2...I really want to loose weight. Last March I started walking 5 times a week...and lost 9 pounds, but I don't know why I suddenly stopped, well honestly, when rainy days started, I kind of felt lazy to go out each morning.
I tried Zumba, it was fun at first, but was boring a couple of days later.
I want a program that I can stick with all seasons..summer or rainy.
