 Hello!  Am i alone in here???

Anyway, started my one hour exercise again (At last!)  30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes stretching and 5 minutes cooling down..

Breakfast - chicken salad in 3 pcs. whole-wheat bread 

Lunch - 1 cup rice and menudo

I need motivation...please help!

 HI! I'm a mother of 2...I really want to loose weight.  Last March I started walking 5 times a week...and lost 9 pounds, but I don't know why I suddenly stopped, well honestly, when rainy days started, I kind of felt lazy to go out each morning. 

I tried Zumba, it was fun at first, but was boring a couple of days later.

I want a program that I can stick with all seasons..summer or rainy.

Please, I really need help.
