One of the hardest thing with pregnancy weight is toning up. You can lose all the weight you need, but there is all this loose, stretched-out skin and fat flapping.
I will concede that I was not exactly big when I was pregnant with S. I guess I can thank genetics for it, but it didn't save me from getting 'wobbly bits.'

I have been taking the program one day at a time. I try not to get overwhelmed by all the advice and tips, even if it is already simple to begin with (many single mothers get overwhelmed easily. I admire those who are not). I have to admit that my favorite bits in the program are not those that target my diet, but those that tell me to move my butt!

I just got my mail for next week's objective and I cannot wait! I want to tone up and lose all the jiggle! Beach season is coming up and I want to have the energy and confidence to roll about in the surf with S without having to worry if my thighs are blocking someone's sun. M has already made plans for us to visit Boracay, Cebu, and La Union. I am excited and hope that by following this program, I will be able to do my old bikinis justice!
