I ate at 15:21 with a bunch of friends last night.
Thank God I am on the program and I'd been walking. Here's a glimpse of what we ate. First off-- chicharon. Not the tiny, bite-sized pieces from Lapid's or whatnot. Whole chunks of fat, deep fried and served with two kinds of sauce. It was really really good.

The Tom Yung Chicken. Basically, sinigang with grilled chicken. The broth was sour and tangy, the chicken slightly sweet, tender, and moist. Sigh.

Then we had battered peppers stuffed with cheese and meat, served with a cheese sauce dashed with what I think was cayenne pepper. Lovely. I love peppers of all kinds-- and to stuff it with meat and cheese?! Lord!

For dessert we had cacao yogurt (despite the healthy-sounding name, I high doubt that it was low calorie) and peanutbutter crepes with mango yogurt.

We had more. We had the liempo, adobong pusit, and caldereta.
15:21 is in found along Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong. Sorry, but I don't have the exact address. They serve Filipino food with a twist, which I always love. The recipes are lighter and more fusion-y, something that I used to dislike, but have grown to appreciate since taking up the BelleToday program.
The place is nice with a casual, clean ambiance, perfect for family and friends. It's a little small, but people are willing to wait for their turn.
Nonetheless, I took an hour long stroll before I hit the sack that night.
