I started with dieting where I lost 15 lbs. What was my diet? Well, nothing special but i would just eat whenever I am hungry, even at odd hours of the day. Of course, I chose the food that I would eat (nothing fried, low carbs, more protein). Then i rejoined fitness first . I have been working out 5 days a week (off on weekends). I do cardio (treadmill and bike) then I do my circuit for spot reducing with machines for the arms, legs and triceps, back, biceps.
Now, i feel really good about my body. My body feels toned.....and best of all, I also found myself a handsome man with a toned body....wanna try what I did.
