 in need of balance

i like baking and cooking but these made me gain weight in 2011. i mean, it's soooo damn hard not to eat what i cook or bake.

this year, i'd like to reach my ideal weight without giving up baking and cooking. i certainly don't want to deprive myself of these pleasurable activities.

i checked the bon appetit diet and i will sign up as soon as i get the funds i'm waiting for. ^_______^

i hope there's no need for me to exercise. hahaha. i'm a very laaaaazy gal.

my diet for today, Monday, 2 January
Breakfast half-cup rice, 2 slices christmas ham
Lunch 1/4 c rice, slice of ham
  Snack piattos, fried banana
Dinner half-cup rice, bamboo shoots in coconut milk, carrot cupcake
  Glasses of water

I think it's possible! I like that you cook and bake, so it makes you more aware of what you put in your food, before you eat it. =) I myself prefer baking (because I love sweets and cooking requires me to stand over a stove, which is tiring!), but I try to make a little healthy changes here and there, such as cutting back on the sugar and butter in a recipe.

BTW, there's no need to exercise in the Bon Appétit Diet. ;) Once you're ready for it, you'll find a lot of healthy recipes there that you can cook!
