although i wasn't able to post anything for the last couple of days, i do remember that i had a good "workout".
i'm in the process of redecorating my room and i'm throwing stuff out, moving items and organising them. it will probably take me until the end of the month to get things sorted out but my priority is clearing a space in the middle of the room so i can use my yoga mat again. i think it's been a year since i last used it! shameful, i know.
i really enjoyed myself last year and was very careless with what i ate. and here i am a year later, heavier. H-E-A-V-I-E-R. i still haven't weighed myself, by the way.

yes, in 2011 i was unstressed from work and i was living the good life of an ex-corporate slave but now i feel the consequence of my actions. my sister and i went malling yesterday and i felt again the pain in my feet after walking for hours. i've never felt this pain before so i know that the excess weight i have is the culprit for it.
but i'm confident that i've used up a lot of calories in the past days, with all the lifting, walking around the house and the climbing up and down the stairs routine i did! dapat lang no!
