 welcome, 2012!

 i was absent here for a whole year and i gained the pounds i lost in 2010.

despite not being able to reach my ideal weight (yet), i was able to stop smoking. i haven't smoked since 14th march 2011. yay!

this year, i am determined to lose all the extra (extra, extra) pounds.

  my diet for today, Sunday, 1 January
  Breakfast pear, bowl of tinola (lots of papaya)
  Snack chilled pear slices, turon
  Dinner half-cup rice + chicken
  Glasses of water
