can't get enough of sweets

how can i prevent myself from eating sweets... i gradually lessen my intake by substituting fruits but the craving is still there( notice my snack), hope i can discipline myself.. need help

stick to my meal plan

well... im trying really hard to follow my meal plan for my first week. sometimes if i dont like some of the recipes or the ingredients are hard to find and too expensive i alter it a little bit, i just hope this works.. i also follow stretching exercises and my daily turbo jam videos.. i really need to be healthy and loose lots a weight.........

My name is...rhoda, and i really need to have a healthy lifestyle, since i just reached the age of 30 and both my parents have history of high blood pressure, heart problem and diabetes.. need to be active again and eat healthy food
