can't get enough of sweets

 how can i prevent myself from eating sweets...  i gradually lessen my intake by substituting fruits but the craving is still there( notice my snack), hope i can discipline myself.. need help 

  my diet for today, Friday, 23 October was...
  Breakfast 2 whole wheat bread with light butter, coffee
  Lunch whole wheat pita, tuna
  Snack 2 doughnuts, milk shake
  Dinner siomai, hamonado, 1/2 cup rice, toge, mango
  Glasses of water 6

stick to my meal plan

 well... im trying really hard to follow my meal plan for my first week. sometimes if i dont like some of the recipes or the ingredients are hard to find and too expensive i alter it a little bit, i just hope this works.. i also follow stretching exercises and my daily turbo jam videos.. i really need to be healthy and loose lots a weight......... 

  my diet for today, Thursday, 15 October was... (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast 2 slices of whole wheat bread, strawberry jam, cofee
  Lunch baked chicken fingers, 1/2 cup rice, 1 slice papaya
  Snack apple
  Dinner sarsiadong isda, whole wheat bread with low fat cheese, 1 banana
  Glasses of water 10
