I feel helpless from time to time whenever i'm at work or at home :( I often crave for food eventhough i know for a fact that my goal is to lose weight (grr) esp. now that summer is fast approaching :( I just don't have THE WILL to avoid food. Is there a way or anything that i can take to suppress my appetite? HELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!! I'm in big trouble.

Have you considered being checked for a thyroid condition? The thyroid also controls hormones related to appetite.
In any case, I think you can start just by trimming down your portions. Eat what you like, but not too much. This'll let you start being more conscious of your food intake. Also, try to document your daily food intake on your blog here. =)
What helped me get off junk food was by knowing their nutritional information...how many calories they contained, and all the yucky chemicals and additives in them.
