I'll avoid going to the mall from now on. . .

first of all it's saturday, i woke up in the morning and saw 2 hotdog in buns (7-11) on our dining table, he said it's for me and my son, our breakfast i only consume half of it and i gave the other half to my hubby. Today is my schedule of  visit to  my ortho in quezon city it's a loooong travel because i live in Laguna. So before we (me, hubby and son) go to the clinic we dropped by to  "the block" it was already past 12 and we'e still looking for a place to eat, my son asked for a "scramble" (it's like a milkshake with fruity syrup and powdered milk on top, i don't know if some of you were able to taste this during their childhood) i bought 1 6oz. for my son and 1 17oz for me and my husband to share only to find out that they couldn't finish it, so, sayang naman, i ate it all around 19oz. then i felt sooo full already then, my mouth is looking for something salty because the scramble is too sweet so i bought 1 order of "siomai shanghai" i ate 1 1/2 pc only cuz i didn't like the taste, so in short, that is what i ate for lunch and 1/2c java rice and inihaw na bangus for dinner. Now, i'm guilty, why couldn't i refuse to eat these stuff eventhough i know already the caloric contents of it. However, i was able to stroll at the mall for more than 3 hours without realizing it, it served as my exercise for the day right?

Well, what do you think? how bad did i do today?

I suppose I'm being lazy as well. . . hmmm... It's really hard to resist temptation esp.when you hang out with your loved ones. :)

Well, you're right "we can always take it home", I guess I'm gonna have to remind myself from time to time that i really don't have to finish everything on my plate/ on my son's plate, or else I'll be the one in trouble (being overweight again). Hahaha! Thanks for the tip :) God Bless :)

It's okay, we learn from our mistakes. =) Still best to buy the smallest size of anything available. And it's not so bad, considering you did walk around a lot!

Sometimes we can't help eating "bad" foods because they're sayang. I'm guilty myself. But my female american boss told me, when we were having lunch, not to force myself to finish the food just because it's sayang. That's how you end up being overweight she said. It's hard given our culture but we can always take it home.
