 am i overdoing it?

i can't follow the meal plan these past few days, ive been admitted in the hosp since yesterday due to asthma attack, i think im overdoing it. . . i play badminton almost 4xa week 3-4 hrs straight, and i do plan my meal everyday even if i cannot(sometimes) follow the meal plan i still count the calorie take.

Well do u think im overdoing it?

yup! I agree...you might be overdoing it especially if you have asthma attacks. You can lessen the hours of your play and if possible play every other day. :)

oh well :( my friends and i didn't plan for the length of time we're playing, we're just enjoying every game, i didn't realize that I AM ACTUALLY overdoing it :( and maybe this is 1 of the reasons y m here in the hosp. right now its d price i have to pay hehehe. BUT!!!! I LOVE looking at ,my weight tracker!!!! this site gives me a great deal of motivation. WEHEHEHE

You might be overdoing it. 3-4 hours straight is too much. 4x a week is fine, but you can try just 1-2 hours. I take a break every six sets, but even that's pushing it.
