my most effective diet ever

im so happy with the new me this diet has been the most effective diet for me and they also have a support group that helps a lot so i just want to share it with all of you, i started the diet Dec 20 it has not even been a month and i lost 23lbs already supper happy im still on it until i reach my goal weight wish me luck and write to me if you want to learn about it

when depression strikes.....

2 weeks after giving birth.... i had to hold a party for my eldest so,n so i invited all of my friends and  families over, i just cant help but be embarassed and depressed because all they noticed is how i gained weight and it was really a depressing moment for me, some of my friends lost weight and i was so envious of how they were being commended and praised for being skinny, and i was really devastated it broke me.... i felt as if there is no hope for me..... im currently breastfeeding so i feel hungry all the time, that night i didnt eat anything.... i pretended to be sick so as to have an excuse to sit on one corner instead of entertaining my guest, hopefully i would be able to shake off this depression and get a move on so i can start hitting my goal of losing weight and gaining back my confidence....

my secret ab workout..try it

you know while you're sitting down that computer chair and you've been typing for so long that you havee to rest for a while? well why dont you try my ab work out its really good for your obliques and it's really not hard to do!!! just hold the edges of your table tighten your biceps triceps for thet matter be sure to sit up straight and then swing your cahir mto the right and to the left keeping your upper body straight dont move it just move your hips and there you are working out your obliques and no one even knows hahaha

i believe the children are our future!!! to weight lose?

ok i love children i adore them in my profession as a dentist it is really hard to work on kids because they cry all the time they complain they move a lot but i dont know why i get a high whenever i make them happy.... not olny my kid patients but also my nieces and nephew i love them like they were my own children... thankfully they hold the key to the future and to my weight lose hehehe,.... whenever we have family gatherngs and my nieces and nephew comes over o offer to watch over them i play with them and believe me these children never gets tired of playing what i do is i play with them and it is literally like exercising we run around we play stop dance we jump up ang down climb stairs anything to keep them up and happy... i'd usually eat with them and offer to assist them with their food that way i would concentrate more on feeding them than grabbing a bite heheh!!!! so have fun with the children in your family it's a good way to strenghten yoiur family ties and lose weight!!!

tip of the day:be more sociable loose more weight!!!

ever been to parties or gathering while you are on a diet and you cant refuse to go to the buffet table and the host is too hospitable that she is literally ushering you to thepoint of dragging yopu towards the food? these situations are veru common... and it would be really improper and even rude to refuse invitations such as these...this is the best time to exercise your social skills and put to test your self determination....

ok it is inevitable, we klnow that by now, you have to go ang get food so pick your food well!!remember its not only the quantity of food you should be aware of but also the quality... so when your in a party stay away from those fried finger foods...  while getting your food look around for friends and aquaintances be sure to sit with them or stand beside them... 

while eating your food go mingle,socialize and talk to your friend, gossip focus on socializing rather than eating... remember parties are for getting together with your old friends, some of them you havent seen for a long time, food is just a bonus.... and when everyone else is done with their plate even if your plate is not empty put it down and socialize some more!!! this way you dont overeat at a gathering!
