starting the diet again..

 I am back with belletoday! As I was navigating the site, I read my old blog and I can't believe what I wrote that (haha). I also checked the recipe I submitted and I am happy to read all the comments (sorry for those who are asking). Hopefully I can start it right and be consistent this time not only with my own health but sharing ideas as well...(wish wish wish).

First day of my first week

 

Hello guys! What a good day to start the morning right.It is my first day for my first week. I am so excited to start this program and hopefully to meet my goal in no time.

For week 0, I was so excited that I even started to  pratice drinking water. Although, I am still drinking sodas, I see to it that I drink water more than the usual. One of our sisters here advised me to curse the sodas.  I believe by starting to minimize and in moderation  will help me out here. So just you know when I started week 0 I was 180 lbs. I started to use the treadmill last week for 30 minutes after my work and practiced drinking more water than the usual. Ive done it in 3 days and last Saturday, I weighed myself and got 178lbs! Isn't cool?

For this week, I will follow what I have with the program and hopefully have more chances to loose those pounds off..I already started brisk walking a while ago.(an hour of walking)

 Anyway,  I just submitted a recipe. I called it Cripsy Kangkong patties. Another way of eating kangkong with a twist. Just got that from a friend as she was trying to introduce her son to eat vegetables (credits to Edith!)Hope you guys can try that too. Wishing you all guys to achieve your targets the healthy way!!ciao
