Hello guys! What a good day to start the morning right.It is my first day for my first week. I am so excited to start this program and hopefully to meet my goal in no time.
For week 0, I was so excited that I even started to pratice drinking water. Although, I am still drinking sodas, I see to it that I drink water more than the usual. One of our sisters here advised me to curse the sodas. I believe by starting to minimize and in moderation will help me out here. So just you know when I started week 0 I was 180 lbs. I started to use the treadmill last week for 30 minutes after my work and practiced drinking more water than the usual. Ive done it in 3 days and last Saturday, I weighed myself and got 178lbs! Isn't cool?
For this week, I will follow what I have with the program and hopefully have more chances to loose those pounds off..I already started brisk walking a while ago.(an hour of walking)
Anyway, I just submitted a recipe. I called it Cripsy Kangkong patties. Another way of eating kangkong with a twist. Just got that from a friend as she was trying to introduce her son to eat vegetables (credits to Edith!)Hope you guys can try that too.
