Myth or Fact?

A lot of people say don't go to gym. For most reasons that when you stop you becomee huge.
I am confused if whether you gain weight just because yous top exercising or is it because even though your exercising at home or jogging, you're not doing intnse workout as much compared to when you were hitting the gym?
What do you think belles?

I am just a bit concerened since dieting, i have really watched what i ate specially for dinner. But in my program it says that i can eat a whole cup of rice during dinner? im afraid to because it was always said that avoid carbs specially dinners. if ever i did eat rice for dinner it would be just a few spoons.
care to share ideas on this anyone?=D

Frustrations and Mindlessness

Im on my week one in belletoday!:) but ive been doing this diet thing for quite some time now, started off as 112lbs but ofcourse for a 5 1 dats turned out to be flabby. so i hit the gym and for 1.5 months i am now 108 lbs. sadly on my very first week in belletoday, is the very FIRST week of DECEMBER! And christmas giftpacks are arriving and all those junkfoods i gave in
i haven't weighed myself from the scare of seeing those numbers go up. tsk tsk tsk 2days of careless mindless eating
I need help!

My name is... emmie im 5 1 in height and i currently weigh in 108lbs. i think i have a normal average body buti would like to achieve a much toner body of 100 lbs. i especially have flabby thighs,back fats, and bigger arms compare to my body. im in this weigth loss program to achieve my weight goal for a leaner and much healthier me!
