Anxious About Maintaining What Ive Already Reached

I hit my ideal weight... i did it!!!

I know, but it does not end there... I am now into a new challenge - - - how to maintain it!!!

This is something that's kinda making me anxious... i think, it is harder to maintain what I have reached already... so, to lessen the anxiety that i have, i gave myself somewhat a weight range, i feel that a little up and down would be alright... (am I right???)... i feel i could go up and down from 110 - 114 but reaching 115lbs should be a no-no already for me...

I hope, some of you could help me with this anxiety i am experiencing...

Go-gia-go!!!

Ive been experiencing the anxiety for 2 weeks ago but now Im done.why wont you try a time schedule on your sleeping time or make your self busy at days if your not working, try read books before bed time or watch tv then relax for 30mins before bedtime. try to relax your mind, think positive or a place were your happy and enjoying it, listen love music in low mode. The most effective Ive done is Im counting backwards from 100 to 0..
good luck hope it will work!

That's also my goal, sis. You're right, some frequent fluctuations are fine, especially during that time of the month! But just as long as we do our healthy habits just fine, and don't overindulge...I think we'll be fine. =) We're already both better off than before, and I think we've also learned from our past bad habits!
