I am just so glad that I've made it... am done on my third week (6th session) of being an aero-taebo instructress in a community/subdivision nearby our place...
It wasn't easy though... as instructress, you have to really show everyone the proper way of doing the exercises, counting the sets you have to do, explain what the exercise/s is targeting, checking how everyone is doing, reminding everyone to breath and their proper posture, checking if you are on or out of the beat, and think of the next exercise that you will do after what you are doing... whew!!!
What's more, you have to make sure that what you are giving your students is not only your best but also, you have to make sure that everyone is having a great time...
Besides the routine I am doing and the music I am using, I also put variety of moves... aero, tae-bo, pretend movements, and a lot of dancing from hiphop to ballroom steps...
I bet, somehow, everything seems working well... my students from the first day are still attending and the number of attendees is increasing... i noticed also that they say goodbye to me with gratefulness and big smiles...
