 Hittin the minimum on Day 3

Woke up feeling sick yesterday morning and so I didn't bother to walk to work. By 8am I had gained about 200 steps, unlike the previous mornings. At the end of the work day, I only had about 3000 steps, so i took it upon myself to go for a stroll. I didn't take my usual route home, instead went on an adventure as I tried different paths and cut through the park. It reminded me, strangely, of fall in Massachusetts  (whaat??) and playing in the woods (@_@ haha!).

The weather was perfect yesterday afternoon. I was praying that the sun wouldnt hurt so much for my walk home and surprisingly the universe responded. The cool wind was consistent and I hardly broke a sweat! No matter how fast I moved, I looked as fresh as I did yesterday morning. It was awesome! When i got home I had gained another 3000 steps. I finished the day with just 7292 steps.

Please take the time to listen to the song I posted above. It's such a beautiful song by Esperanza Spalding (Jazz artist), whose music has been on loop in my head. Yesterday's walk was perfect as it reminded me of a song of hers, Black Gold.
