I know we're right smack in the middle of an existing challenge, but in order to keep the ball rolling, we thought we'd introduce you to our next challenge already.
We're calling it The 7x7 Challenge. What is it? Well, according to health specialists, Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen included, walking at least 10,000 steps per day is a great way to help you become physically active. Losing weight isn't just about the food we take but the physical activity that we put into it as well.
Now for some 10,000 steps might be a little too overwhelming so we're starting with something realistic. We challenge you to achieve 7,000 or more steps per day in SEVEN Days!
Are you ready to walk your way to success?
All we ask is that you:
1) Update your step graph
2) Blog about it!
We'll be keeping score, and ofcourse the person with the most number of steps will be the winner of our challenge.
