I guess what we intake everyday plays a role of what we want to achieve..Before I got pregnant) My day starts with just walking around the village (1hr), then rest, drink water
(For Breakfast- i always have coffee or juice, slice of bread w/ my favorite homemade cheese pimiento (I made it myself) or sunny side up egg with rice and any fruits available...palit-palit lng..
Then before lunch i drink milk (I like anlene or bear brand).
During Lunch I like any ulam basta may vegtables kasama or kahit seperate may vegetable ako, I like you guys to try spinach with salt and pepper,steamed lng or boiled konti..also I know how to use it in jab che(korean pansit version) sarap..and spinach good for us women..promise!
Mierenda.. I only eat saging saba and kamote..does'nt matter anu luto.pero liked ko yun Banana-Q and Camote-Q..pero konti lng
Dinner...Soup (Fish lip soup,Nido soup,Bird's nest soup, Spinach soup, Tomato and Potato soup, Miso, etc..) and food ulam left konti rice pero pwedeng madaming vegetable salad kung meron.
For supplements: Folic acid(even I'm not pregnant then i take pa din), Vit C, Sangobian(multi-vitamins) and Number one Super daming WATER!!!.
I waited for several years really ...now i know its not easy to just take any diet and forget your favorite calorie foods..but then tama balance lang always have a cheat day don't deprive yourself , enjoy sweets and junk foods but lessen the alcohol and puyat it can ruin everything , also be a victim of secondary smoke. If you smoke try to stop..better yet really stop.. and above everything always reserve Sunday for God and family day.=)
