 My name is...
I'm Ira, I'm married and I have a son. I want to be fit because I want to take care of my body. I don't want to end up getting sick when I get older just because I didn't exercise.

Hi bellejade! Yes, I did lose 14 pounds but I started doing exercises before I actually joined belletoday so I guess that explains why I lost that much weight. With my meal plans, I still eat white rice for dinner but I try not to eat more than a cup and i just eat rice alternatively.

Hi Ira, I had just read your status. Did you really loose 14 pounds in just a few weeks? How and what did you do? You must've went on a strict diet. Please share.
