 Wednesday is Rest day

After two straight days of working nonstop for at least 14 hours, I took a leave yesterday and I found myself sleeping pretty much the entire day.  Woke up at 2 pm, had a snack, slept again at 4 pm, woke up at around 7 pm to have dinner and to check my mails, then hit the haystack around 10-10:30pm.

I realize that when I'm stressed, I tend to eat more.  But if I were to choose between sleeping and eating, i'd definitely go for sleeping.  Haha! :D

  my diet for today, Thursday, 25 June (Satisfactory)
  Breakfast none
  Lunch none
  Snack 1/2c ube
  Dinner 1/2c rice, 1 serving beef sinigang, 1.5c sinigang soup, 1/2c grapes
  Glasses of water
