 Feeling the Rhythm

Woke up earlier this time to avoid swimming over playing kids.  And I'm finally getting my rhythm back.  I swam 1,500m today swimming the last 800m without any break.  I feel really good. :)

I thought I wouldn't be able to finish 1000m since I brought our dog with me to the pool area.  I tied him up near the table where my stuff is, but as soon as I went to the pool, Zach, our dog started whimpering.  I think he doesn't like being left alone in an unfamiliar place.  I've already swam 200m then, and kept on calling his name every now and then.  But he would just look at me with pleading eyes.  So I walked him back home then went back again to the pool by our clubhouse and continued with my swim.

My goal now is to increase the number of meters I swim every week, and try to do everything without taking a break... well, try to do 1000m first before taking a break.  Hehe. :P

  my diet for today, Sunday, 5 July (Poor)
  Breakfast 1/2 cup noodles, pineapple
  Lunch cheeseburger, fries, gatorade
  Snack Venti iced cafe moccha
  Dinner 2 slices thin crust pizza
  Glasses of water
