I've fallen off the wagon the past week. No exercise since Monday, was drinking half the amount of water I've been drinking the past two weeks, barely had enough sleep, relied on junk food and fast food.
But now, I'm back. I won't let stress and being busy affect my goal. I have pilates again on Thursday, and I've made sure I'd be able to swim this weekend. Yey! :)
I remember reading a post here about l-carnatine and about alternatives to water (tea), and I was just wondering what the feedback is with vitwater. I just bought myself a whole box of it (I love the kiwi strawberry taste, plus it was on sale) and I'd appreciate finding out more about it. ^_^
