I didn't realize that I had an exercise program. I just checked it out, and apparently I put a schedule there. Now I just have to find out how to fit this in my schedule. Hehe.
I bought a weighing scale yesterday so I could track my weight properly. I weighed myself yesterday and I still had the same initial weight. But when I weighed in this morning, I was 4 lbs lighter! Yeeey! :)
I'll make it a habit to weigh myself every Saturday morning to see my progress... and to make sure I stick with my diet. Hehe.
