I didn't realize that I had an exercise program.  I just checked it out, and apparently I put a schedule there.  Now I just have to find out how to fit this in my schedule.  Hehe.

I bought a weighing scale yesterday so I could track my weight properly.  I weighed myself yesterday and I still had the same initial weight.  But when I weighed in this morning, I was 4 lbs lighter! Yeeey! :) 

I'll make it a habit to weigh myself every Saturday morning to see my progress... and to make sure I stick with my diet. Hehe.

  my diet for today, Saturday, 27 June (Average)
  Breakfast None
  Lunch 1/2c rice, 1 serving monggo, 1 serving lechon :P, 1/4c ube
  Snack Grande iced cafe moccha
  Dinner 2 hotdog sandwich with cheese
  Glasses of water

Yup! We still haven't officially rolled out and announced the exercise program, but it's right there and available for your use. Drop me a line if you have any questions about it. =)
