 I'm Turning Japanese

It's the start of another month.  And I'd like to think it's a pretty good start.  First off, I'm joining our sportsfest and will be competing in the freestyle relay.  Hahaha, goodluck to me though since it's been so long since I last swam.  Which means, I WILL have to wake up early during the weekends so I can swim for an hour or two.  Well, I've been wondering about swimming lately, so I guess that's the answer. :P

Last night, we treated to ourselves some good grub.  There's this japanese restaurant near our office that serves "eat all you can" from 6-9 pm.  It's not the usual buffet type of restaurant that leaves all the food out in the open.  Instead, you have a menu wherein you can just keep on ordering the food that you want.  What I love about it is that the food's authentic japanese plus, you're assured that the food's hot and freshly cooked when it gets to you. 

The good thing about japanese food though, is you get full without getting too full.  I guess it's also because I ordered more veggies and protein, and didn't order rice or noodles anymore.  I think the price we paid for the buffet was pretty good, considering all the food that we ate (we were only 2 by the way... hehehe):

1 Yaki nasu, 1 mixed sashimi, 3 miso soup, 1 sizzling tofu steak, 3 mixed tempura (2 ebi, 1 fish, 2 veggies per order), 1 wakatori teppanyaki, 1 tuna teppanyako, 3 yakiniku teppanyaki, 1 fried rice.  Boom! Hahaha! :P

  my diet for today, Thursday, 2 July (Poor)
  Breakfast 1/2c rice, corned beef
  Lunch 1/2c rice, corned beef (i couldn't find anything else for baon...)
  Snack 1 apple
  Dinner 1 yaki nasu, 1/2 mixed sashimi, 1 miso soup, 1 sizzling tofu steak, 3 pcs ebi tempura, 1 pc fish tempura, 5 pcs veggie tempura, 2 yakiniku teppanyaki
