9 Lbs. Lighter...

Hello Friends...
I would like to thank all of you for giving me positive comments with regards to my effort to lose weight...it is paying off...now i am 9 lbs lighter and i feel great.
I just bought a New Digital Weighing Scale just to have an accurate Reading on how much progress i am doing. And I have bought some nice Medium Clothes to give me more motivation and to reward myself for the progress i made. It is Wonderful to feel i can discipline and have control of myself in terms of my diet and exercise. i know i can do it...and i just have to stay Focus.
What i did Yesterday: March 22.2011 Tuesday:
Breakfast:
1 Cup Coffee
2 slices Wheat Bread
Lunch:
1 Cup Rice
1 Palm Size Pork Steak
1Fruit: Pear
Dinner:
1/2 Cup Delis Fish Steamed
1 slice wheat Bread
2 pcs Chicken Wings in Vermicelli Soap
1 pc. Apple.
My Exercises:
5:30-6:00 p.m. Jogging
...6 laps (1.1/2 miles) in a Standard Football Field Oval
Everyday: i do TAEBO Exercise for 20 mins.

I've lost 5 lbs.

I have started to exercise and diet seriously last February 13.2011... so it's been a month now. Since then I lost 5 lbs. The first 2 weeks i lost three lbs...but on the third week i gained it back again because i started to be Lazy ...then last week i get back on the track and do exercise morning and evening and now i lost 5 lbs. I am so happy.
I guess that 3 lbs i lost in the first 2 weeks was more of the accumulated water on my body and not really fats..that was why when i get lax on my exercises on the 3rd week ...i gained back the 3 lbs that i have lost. And then when i get focused again...i lost the 3 lbs fast and lost 2 more lbs. Perhaps the 2 additional lbs i lost were more of fats already.
I know it is not much POUNDS lost, but for a 150 lbs woman it is already something of an accomplishment. Lots of my friends are complimenting me and i feel so good. They told me to keep up the good work. I do thank my Friends who supports me and my effort and encourages me. It made me more determined and focused.
i bought several medium sizes clothes to encourage me...it will serve as my "Motivational Clothes"...as my Goal is to be able to wear those by end of May 2011...and I guess i am on my way there....
THE EXERCISES THAT I DO:
Aerobics
Taebo
Jogging
Jumping Rope
Abdominal Crunches
Sit-ups
and Other Floor Exercises.
Dumbell Curls
Dumbell Side Lateral

Diet and Exercise

Hello mga Friends..I am back again..after my on and off, on and off raltionship with Diet and Exercise..i am here again to recommit myself to losing weight...and I hope this time i can keep my commitment.
Actually i love exercise, most especially jogging and swimming. The only problem i got is i really dont have much time...so much have been going on at home..renovation of the house, going to social functions with my networking business, facebook addiction...so that i was left with no time to exercise.
Recently i felt chest pain when i am walking briskly, and i ran out of breath...it has worried me much , so i decided to find time and discipline myself to exercise more.I started low impact aerobics...walking in the afternoon ..and dieting. I also take Xenical to help me lose weight fast. I hope this will work.
I started Feb.3 and i am 13 days now and i lose only 3 lbs. I guess not bad...from 150 lbs to 147 lbs. I hope and pray i can keep this up.
Diet and exercise plus Discipline i believe helps a lot in losing weight faster.

Recommitment...

Today i recommit myself to diet and exercise. For the Past months i stopped exercising becaus i suffered pain my feet.
The other week i consulted an ob-gyne, because of the big changes in my body...and she told me i need to take Vitamin B-complex as i am lacking in this ...and as soon as i started taking the vitamins, the pain in my feet was gone. Therefore now i decide to pick up where i left -off.
Today :
I just finished One Hour of Work-out: Flexibility Exercise, Waist-line Exercises, and Wts. Floor Exercise. Done the Skipping Rope Too.Ha ha ha...Tired but Satisfied I am happy i started working-out again...feels GOOD!
I will start recording my daily activities and intake of food so that i can keep track of my progress....
Today 's Breakfast:
1 cup coffee, 1 cup rice, 1 pc. chicken drumstick.
Lunch:
1 cup Oat meal, 5 bitable pcs. chicken nuggets.
Supper:
3 slices Bread, water.

I am back...

It is sad i have stopped my diest and exercise since tha holy week and since i gained back he 3 lbs. Now i have gained another 3... i am now 150 lbs. Hu Hu Hu.
Anyway i will start all over again. I will start dieting and exercise again. Promise!
