For the longest time, my workout routine has been pretty hardcore. I even have some people wondering if I want to be the next Ultimate Fighting Champion. So, I decided to take a break this week, just for a few days. Most people think that when you go on a break, you become lazy and don't want to workout anymore. However, its quite the opposite for me. I can't wait to go back to the gym today and lift some weights, grapple with the rest of the guys.
