 The Zero Coffee Challenge!

I've decided to  avoid coffee at all costs this month. Why?

1. I tend to put too much sugar and milk in my coffee.

2. I don't need the extra calories (I'd rather drink coke every once in awhile or eat dessert).

3. Its becoming too much of a habit.

4. Its interfering with my sleep.. I only get around 5 hours/day

I've been drinking coffee every morning for almost 10 years now and I'm sure that somehow, its taking a toll on my body. I'm not feeling it yet, but I'm sure I will eventually.

Let's see how this experiment goes!

I do tend to put a lot of cream and sugar on my coffee, but I still can't give it up, so for now I allow myself to have 3 cups of coffee for the week. Maybe next time, one cup na lang. :)

You brave, brave soul. I know I can't do this (at least for the time being...I might be compelled to do it in the future). But meat, I know, I'll NEVER give up.

I usually drink coffee without sugar and milk, so I'm not worried about the calories, but you're right, there may be other repercussions (or benefits, depending on to whom you'll talk).
