Having a nice butt has its advantages. Jeans fit better, legs seem leaner and your curves will look amazing. Here are a few exercises that you can do at home or at the gym to get a better booty :
1. LUNGES
Start in a standing position and take one big step forward. Dip your right knee down and bend your left knee, move back to standing position.
Do about 3 sets of 10 per side.
* To take it to the next level, you can add dumbbells and hold them by your side. You can start with 4lbs.
2. SQUATS
Start in a standing position and start to sit down, bending your knees. Sit all the way down so your butt is parallel to the ground. Make sure your back is straight as you go down. Return to standing position and repeat.
Do 3 sets of 10.
*To take it to the next level, you can carry a bar (10-15) lbs across your shoulders. Make sure your back is straight!
3. LEG RAISES
Get down on all fours and raise and straighten your right leg. Make sure your toes are flexed and that your leg is straight.
Do 3 sets of 10 per side.
4.SIDE LEG RAISES
Lie on your side, resting your head on your right hand and putting your left arm in front of you. Flex your feet and raise your legs to the right.
Do 3 sets of 10 per side.
*Make sure you squeeze your glutes as you raise your legs up and down for maximum effect.
5.JUMP SQUATS
Start in a squat position then jump up as high as you can, returning back to a squat after.
Do 3 sets of 10.
