I woke up this morning completely drained of energy, with barely any motivation to move, get up and go to work. I guess thats what happens when you've had two hours of sleep and all you can do is think about the night before. Thankfully, things are much better now and all there is that I have left to do is to move on.
Let it go.
This is one of the most important lessons I learned from yoga. By letting go, you are allowing your mind to be free of all thoughts, helping you concentrate on the asana and successfully accomplishing the pose.
Letting go is something that almost everyone can apply in their life. What's done is done. Let it go. There's no point in holding on, causing additional unwanted stress.
I'm trying to let go of last night's events and concentrate on the now. I know that letting go is easier said than done, but trying to is a good start.
