 How to lose weight IMMEDIATELY

1. Go to a sauna and sit there as long as you can.

2. Wear a sweatsuit in the blazing heat  and run for about an hour or two.

3. Don't eat.

 

The problem with these 3 "tips" is that they are only SHORT TERM SOLUTIONS.

Not to mention ridiculous.

There are no shortcuts. If you're looking for long term and healthy weight loss, follow a regular exercise program (at least 5x a week to see faster results) and diet.
