The phrase, "but words will never hurt you" in my case is wrong...in truth, i tend to get easily hurt by people who just blurt out whatever comes to their minds, without weighing if it will come out as hurtful first, especially by those who are quite close to me; it's just that i keep those feelings to myself, wallow in them for a while, then consciously forget about...i do believe that thinking negative thoughts hurts us more than it hurts others
