GM DIET? Is this real?

as i learned about this type of diet in this site, i got interested since i think i can stand its "fruits/vegetables only" policy. im not a rice eater so i dont think this will be a problem..

i did some research about this over the net and found a lot of people claiming that this is effective. although some said that they gave up by the 3rd or 4th day because of cravings and all.

i thought that tihs won't be hard for me since i started controlling my calories a week ago. today is my third day and i'm so happy that i lost 3 lbs. im not actually sure if this is an effect of the GM diet or the diet and exercise i started last week.. i believe that there are so many things that can make us lose weight but the main key is our self-control. i get tempted a lot of times, especially when i go out and pass by different restaurants so i opted to stay home most of the time...

starting to love water

i'm not really a fan of drinking water or even drinking lots of fluids... but just this week when i always had a "nestea" 1 liter bottle in my hand that i get to consume minimum of 2 liters of water a day..

the trick is not to drink half a liter at once but to take sips of water from time to time.. i consume 1 liter during workout then 1-2 more liters after.. i'm just so glad that i will not have a hard time starting my diet programme next week since i have already adjusted so easily..

hi.. you can call me kay.. i weigh nearly 60 kg and i desperately want to lose a lot of weight. i started working out 5 days ago and cut down my calory intake seriously. within these 5 days, seems like there's no change at all. maybe it's not effective after all.... hope being here will greatly help me with this
