 PART 1: BIG DAY Prep - The CGN Way

Wedding in four months and I need to lose weight! WAH!

It seems so normal for women getting married to feel pressured about their weight and figure.  Of course, we all want to look fabulous in our wedding gown and to be the most beautiful woman on that event.

I don't have much weight to lose. I actually have a normal weight, but still, I want to lose some weight in time for my wedding. Four months is actually long enough to shed some weight and inches. The fact that I am a dietitian makes it not a problem also. But honestly, I am still pressured to achieve my weight goal or my dream figure. HAHA!

Two weeks ago, I started adapting the Chrono Geno Nutrition diet program by Dr. Claude Chauchard. I started liking the green tea. I drink at least 3 cups in the morning. It helped move my bowels regularly. I also started drinking lukewarm water as soon as I wake up. It gives a sense of cleansing and it prepares my tummy for breakfast. This week, I'll start eating 2 squares of dark chocolate every 4PM. Dr. Claude says that it will help curb your appetite and your cravings.

Little by little, with these small steps I'm adapting to my lifestyle, I believe I'm close to that over-all clean, light and fresh feeling on my wedding day.
