DAY 4: No Sweets Challenge

I can say that this is the hardest day of the challnge for me. I'm PMS-ing and I want all the sugary stuff. I want chocolate macadamia cookie badly!
Since I cannot eat something sweet, I gave in to the other tempting food - chips! So sad, my craving for something sweet wasn't masked out by eating something salty.
For an afternoon snack, I bought palitaw. A very boring palitaw without sugar so I didn't finish it all.
Buti na lang there are fresh fruits served in th office. Yay! Melon, pineapple, and kiat-kiat! + Victoria's truffle salt...YUM!
All of a sudden all my sweet cravings disappear.
