I never thought that 5 days of no sweets will be like hell.
(I'm just over reacting here, forgive me) 
But yeah, it wasn’t easy. I have had several blogs written about cravings and it has been a very popular topic whenever I do nutrition counseling but I never thought it will be a struggle for me to succeed this challenge.
I would like to thank the BT community for this challenge. I actually had the opportunity to again step into the shoes of those people (overweight and of normal weight) who are having difficulties with food cravings.
I always thought I can manage food cravings THRIVING rather than what I experienced for this week. It was such a STRUGGLE!
The community is just so amazing. Everyone is into the challenge and is holding up to the last day. I am again reminded that to be successful in achieving a healthy lifestyle, what you need is self-discipline, the right knowledge and a community to support you.
The challenge was fun, really!
