My name is...

My name is...lea. i want to get back my weight without any medications or surgery.. i just want to take any food which is nutritious and keep myself healthy...and have a little exercise...so now i maintain my weight even if i eat more sometimes in a day....but still i need more information about healthy diet...

  my diet for today, Tuesday, 28 September was... (Average)
  Breakfast half cup of rice, fish and coffee
  Lunch 1 cup of rice, pork sinigang
  Snack half of papaya and avocado
  Dinner not yet, but plan to eat fish again and veggies
  Glasses of water 10
