It is a nice cool Sunday But just to remind you about fasting I have a friend who recently suffered from potassium deficiency. Yes take note of this she told me that she tried not eating her dinner and lessen the meals that regularly she supposed to eat and she was successful in doing it.
Yes she did shed a few pounds but the worst thing she feels weakened and doctors found out that she is suffering from potassium deficiency. She was enable to go to work and now suffers from upper respiratory tract infection.
It is so sad.. just to get rid of those extra pounds your health have to suffer, well obviously she did it the wrong way well I guess the best thing I could do for her is to tell her about a nice start for a healthy living.

What is good about eating chocolates?For me it makes me awake and focus in my work.Bu t I know now that I have to eat it in portion well it is better than nothing at all.

I miss you a lot guys! And I know it's my loss not to read your daily program that is actually helps a lot in improving my health habits. Getting enough sleep is really a big problem to me for now, since I do lot of activities in my work and in my own home that more often I sleep very late at night. But I guess I just have to manage my time properly I plan to wake up early in the morning and do my devotions and journal, do excercises and some house chores and in the evening I will try not to eat to much so I can sleep early.
