Program of the Day

2nd day with Belle and I finally got my 1st Program of the day.. Not sure but I guess everyone started with this.. "Drink Plenty of Water". 

I've read several articles about the goodness of water in our system but I never had this same intense feeling of learning facts bout it until now! Maybe I'm still in the euphoria from finding this site and the belief that I finally got what I need.. A networking site which actually helps each other achieve their goals in becoming fit and healthy.. Thanks to BelleToday I'm more motivated to loose  this stubborn excess weight..

Acrually, im not really a water person.. Imagine me drinking water only when needed, meaning 3-5 small glasses of water a day sometimes I can even go for only 2.. i even get choked when i drink water.  But nontheless, because of my wanting to loose weight and believing in Belle, i'll definitely drink  plenty of water starting today! Go go go H2O!

  my diet for today, Friday, 12 March was... (Average)
  Breakfast coffee and 2 doughnuts
  Lunch 1 cup of rice, fried fish
  Glasses of water 3

My name is...

My name is Reese.. I'm 28 years old and been constantly struggling to loose weight. I believe that if I loose weight i'll be able to gain back the confidence i have when i was slimmer.. I'm currently at 55-65 kgs though I'm only 5'1".. I would love to loose weight, be at 110 lbs.. look and be slim, I want to be able to wear clothes I like.. O've watched a reality based loose weight tv show but was shocked to see the contestants, they've loose weight alright, pound for pounds but they don't look great at all.. the winner looked sick and most of them has flabby arms.. I thought to myself, if I will look that way, i'd rather stay this way.. But I guess that's being coward of me.. if I want to look good I must work on it.. So I saw this site of yours and got curious.. I hope I'm the right group.. Thanks!
