 Weight gaining

Well since the year started, I feel that my weight is more gaining. Huhu. I can't stop eating and craving foods. Maybe the weather affects my habit in eating. Masarap kcng  kumain dahil malamig. Hehe. Well i'm trying my best to eat less pra nman sa summer outing ng anxa eh hindi ako mukhang mataba! (see our internal communication, Jenny had a suggestion about out summer outing) hehe. But seriously, sometimes i'm trying to less rice tlaga. I think thats the reason why we are gaining weight. The more rice we eat eh the more we are gaining.

Well at least i'm not sobrang hilig in sweets. Sometimes lang. Hehe

While you ladies are having a hard time losing weight, my problem is weight gain! Don't get me wrong honeys; being skinny isn't beautiful at all. I have so much 'pain' trying hard to eat (like forcing myself to eat), but just couldn't do the effort.

Here's my advise for you, Merdie:
1. EAT MORE FOODS RICH IN FIBER. Try eating oats everyday like I do. It balances your bowel movement and removes a big (and I mean BIG) amount of cholesterol. To enjoy oats, try putting fruits or adding chocolate in it.
2. DRINK SKIMMED MILK. I use to drink Yakult every breakfast to keep my immune system active. It also controls my bowel movement.
3. MAKE IT A HABIT TO WALK. Wherever you go, make it a habit to walk (go to church, to your nearby parlor, use the stairs sometimes instead of elevator, brisk walking every morning). Walking not only helps you slim down but it exercises your legs and posture.
4. SIT "LIKE A MODEL". Chest out, stomach in, bum out. It helps straighten your stomach and prevent unwanted curves in it. Do this all the time, even when you have a pillow at the back of your chair, or whether you're in a jeep.
5. DRINK LUKEWARM WATER. Drinking lukewarm water helps melt unwanted fat everytime you eat. And it cleanses your system even more.
6. MAKE IT A HABIT TO DRINK TEA. It's not easy to drink tea especially if you least appreciate it. But try to if you can. Tea is a very helpful agent in your bowel movement, taking out cholesterol and cleansing your body.

There's nothing wrong if you eat and eat desserts and rice; as long as you work out and keep your body moving. Also engage yourself in sports more often to balance your diet and body structure maintainance. I hope this helps!!

(Er..anyone wants to give me advice how to fatten myself!?)
