Wohoo I guess I am ready now for my 10K run on Sunday. I am joining the Condura Skyway Marathon - run for the mangroves with my friends. Yes it is in Skyway! Ahaha. This is my second time to join in this event. Last year it was for the Run for the dolphins. This was also my 1st year anniv of running 10K category. So I prepared myself and hoping to beat my record 1hr and 32 mins. Haha wish me luck! Me and my running buddy (highschool friend) will try to do 1 hr and 20mins. Well it seems that my breathing while running is already stable but my legs are not yet. Thanks for my gym routine my cardio is getting better! Last night I had done 4 continous small steps jogging and it's my first time to do it. i can't able to go faster and i don't know why i can't stretch my legs while jogging. Haha I guess I will just keep my cross fingers and pray harder to finish the 10K course with my goal.

Good luck, Merds! I know this run will become your best PR :D Kayang kaya yan 1 hr and 20 mins. I've tried it, yung continuous jog at your comfortable pace, okay na yun for that time. :D
