I had 8107 steps yesterday. Eventhough my legs are still hurt because of the 10K run last sunday I had succeeded in the first day of challenge. And great news! I slightly beat my time from 1 hr and 32 mins I was able to do 1hr and 25 mins in the 10K run. Wohoo!
The first thing that I do in the morning when I woke up is put my fitbug on my pocket and walked around the house. After eating lunch, I went to Puregold with my officemates and bought grocery stuffs that I will be cooking on weekend. And going home, I walked from the office to ATC and I took the ride in Festival so my steps increased because I had walked in 2 malls. Hehe. Before I sleep I cleaned my room dahil kinabit yung bagong wall fan ko. Kaya nakapagwalis pa ako. hehe dagdag steps din.
